Review on ICONI CEP by James Hess

I hope you appreciate me taking the time to write you such a detailed feedback and will take my suggestions seriously. Firstly, the application looks very good and easy to use. I would recommend everyone who uses CRM software to use ICONI CEP. However, I have a few concerns. 1) First of all, I have a query regarding the subscription plans. As mentioned in our previous discussion, you said that the current plan does not include any other additional services. You also told me that if we wish to upgrade our plan, it will be charged separately. 2) Also, we are planning to expand our business to North America. This means that we will require more users for our database. Would you be able to provide us the details on how much data storage is included in the current plan and how much more storage will be added to the current plan? Please advise. 3) Another thing I'd like to mention is the process of adding a new user. You asked us to enter the details of the existing users in order to add a new user.
