It is very easy to use, it has all of our needs in one software (we have multiple clients using this). The customer service team are always helpful and can help with any queries or problems that we may face at anytime! We would highly recommend Iconi CEPServices for their knowledgeable staff who will work closely alongside you every step along your journey as an organisation. Nothing so far really - just great support from the start when setting up throught training sessions and then ongoing throughout the contract period. They also provided us with excellent project management which was useful during implementation stage.
