I can now efficiently keep up and control almost anything
It has enabled us to easily manage our case load, enabling me as an administrator in charge of managing over 600 cases at any given time with ease! We are able solve problems quickly by using this software for monitoring all clients who have been assigned my team via email or telephone calls from their supervisors/managers etc.. This is great because it allows you monitor everything within your office without having employees physically go there every day which saves so much work!! The only thing that bugs people sometimes about iconi cep was not being easy enough when they first started learning how we use its features but since then things seem easier than before.
Pros
- Its ability keep up to date information such like client location updates through GPS tracking.
- It also helps remind staff if he doesn't do something important yet (like report deadlines) until after hours too :)
