I'm picky about the soaps and detergents I use. This plant-based liquid dish soap from Ginger Lily Farms ticks all of my boxes and even some! First and foremost, I'm on a septic tank. It's okay if you treat it right. You must keep strong cleaners away or they will destroy the system! Since it is a vegetable dishwashing detergent, it is ideal for a septic tank. Surprisingly, it does a great job with fat! It cuts through fat despite being plant-based. While it's hard on the lube, it's gentle on my hands. Being 72 years old they really appreciate it and so do I! It's really frugal. A full gallon, 128 ounces, for only $20? I think I would pay at least double if I bought it in a bottle. Ah, the aroma! I don't like loud smells (have you ever smelled it?), but not this one. Rather, it's a light scent that's enough to seduce you. Basil is the perfect choice for dish soap. Has anyone heard of sunlight having an odor? I really love this soap and will be happy to wash the dishes because I have such a perfect soap! I highly recommend Ginger Lily Farms dish soap.
