Perfect for me... but I don't have two teeth
I bought this to use day and night as I clench my jaw 24/7. I followed the instructions exactly as printed and was pleasantly surprised at how easy it was to mold the plastic around my teeth and gums. I applied it before bed last night and can't believe the relief from my jaw pain when I woke up. I really like this guard as it helps me stay straight and relieves my jaw pain even more. The only downside (for others) is that the guard may be too short if you have all of your adult teeth. I had my top two teeth removed and they just reached my back molars (see photo).
