I really wanted this mouse but unfortunately like many Chinese made goods it is of poor quality. I'm not looking for a replacement or refund, I just accept the loss but I'm sorry I didn't purchase it or the replacement I purchased earlier. It's a pretty comfortable mouse and it's really quiet, which I liked. It has RGB lighting, but you can't pick a color, it just switches between them automatically (making gradual transitions). It also has two buttons on the left side, mostly just for browsing the web as you can't remap them to any other function as there's no software for the mouse. My problem with my first mouse was that after about 2 weeks the DPI setting would change randomly during gameplay, and that happened quite often (about every 15 minutes the DPI went up or down). I thought this unit might be defective so I bought another one but after 30 minutes on the mouse it did the same thing. Also, the smooth slide on the bottom that slides it across my mouse pad (for both mice I bought) had terrible quality control and there are sharp edges that snag on the mouse pad making it not a smooth glide. In general, I am disappointed, I will not buy and will not advise others. I had high hopes but don't expect much from such a cheap product.
