The idea is good, but not fully thought through. The wide, flat insulation around the wires will ruin a regular wire stripper, and if you're actually using the entire wire, there aren't enough wall anchors included to get the job done. Because it's flat it's very awkward and difficult to make a flat 90 degree turn and the wire twists like a garden hose between the anchors instead of being routed flush against the wall like it should. If you really want to keep the speaker wire out of sight, run it up the wall to the attic and then through and back down into the other wall and connect it to the speaker terminal. Otherwise, I think it's better not to pay that much, but just buy a regular speaker wire that can be hidden along the baseboard under the carpet - or behind the wall paneling of the floor and next to the door frame, etc.
