The sound quality is not very good. Too bad because everything else about them is great. The touch function is very cool. But at the end of the day, headphones have a job and these just don't do it. The volume is by far the lowest of any pair of headphones I've owned, to the point where it can't be used unless there's absolutely no background noise. It's so disappointing because the other features would be amazing if they just did what they're supposed to, which is loud enough to be heard. I am very surprised that nobody else has this complaint in the reviews.
