These shoes are so comfortable. I've always had good luck with this brand in other styles. I'm going hiking next year and others who have done the same hike have recommended that I have well-soled sandals to give my feet a break from my trail runners. An avid hiker recommended Teva Hurricanes. She wears them and loves them so I bought a pair. I didn't have them for 10 minutes and they were rubbing my legs (not in a good way). I don't scold Teva; I know a lot of people swear by it. They just didn't fit my foot. So we ordered Keens as I really liked my other ones. I ran about 7 miles straight and my legs were fine. They are soft but not too soft. They can be customized in multiple places, which is great. I also like that there is material on the back of the buckles. It has saved me a lot of chafing problems. I'll probably get a second pair.
