Very beautiful because it is tied, but a hat.
Looks really good because it's jersey but the hat is just oddly cut and the scarf doesn't have a little velcro to keep it in place. Loop to thread the other end through. It doesn't hold up well when the dog is shaking or walking. The hat is just a mess, not made to fit a dog head with ears. We had to fold all the extra fabric to put it on the dog's head. Dog ears don't fit in the ear holes. it's not bad and not bad enough to return, it wasn't a waste of money or anything. It's just not a fantastic 5 star product.
