Bought this as a gift for my roommate's dog. I was concerned about the sizing based on other reviews but it fit perfectly and looked really cute on her! She didn't like the rubber band around her neck, but it turned out great. I chose the large one based on other photo reviews. This is a medium sized dog (about 50 pounds). The quality of the stitching/fabric itself is fine.

Since my dog has a tiny head and square body, I ended up ordering both the small and medium. He wore a small hat and a medium sized scarf and it was just amazing! I'm the type of person to make a Christmas card with photos of my dog and he'll be on the card of the year in this classy outfit!

I bought a large for my 42lb Mini Aussie. He has a small head, but a big one suits him anyway. A medium sized hat could have fitted a bit better but I feel like a medium sized scarf would be too small for his chest so I'm glad I went for a large one as he really likes the scarf and just a hat like he knows it. we will reward him with treats. Looks really good because it's jersey but the hat is just oddly cut and the scarf doesn't have a little velcro to keep it in place. Loop to thread the other end through. It doesn't hold up well when the dog is shaking or walking. The hat is just a mess, not made to fit a dog head with ears. We had to fold all the extra fabric to put it on the dog's head.
