Hydrating and inexpensive!
This is a really nice, easy step in a skincare routine. It is so hydrating! My partner even started using it, to hydrate the skin under his beard. It has a slightly thicker texture than most toners that makes it easy to work with, but it does require a minute or two to dry down before you move onto your next step. I haven't noticed a big brightening effect but I appreciate it for when I need some light hydration.
