Review on NICEYRIG Shoulder Pad with Rail 🎥 Raiser: Enhance Your Camera Rig Stability and Comfort by Matt Schmick

The equipment looks cool, but the buttstock mount is in a completely different place than the picture. I assumed the bag contained the correct Allen key, but I was wrong. So I grabbed the other keys that came with my setup and they both didn't fit. How can you ship a product that can be customized without the right tool to make changes? Most likely they will send it back and buy a branded diff. really pisses me off
