I read bad reviews about randomly stopping charging and having to wake up the phone with no battery. But I thought I was unlucky. It's not bad luck. This is a product defect. The charging process will stop by itself and will not be charged again. I contacted the manufacturer and they said they have to send it back themselves, pay the shipping cost and they will send another one. I don't think this replacement will work. But I will go back with my money for a replacement. After that, there will be no more Mophie brand. They don't take full responsibility for their expensive brand name but sell faulty products.
