I set this up to charge for a couple days before I started testing. They were bright enough to see without being glaring. I ran them back and forth on a rope line at the edge of the gazebo and they look great. I used the new double sided thick 'tape' available to place the solar panel on the roof edge of the cover. It has rained several times and there have been no problems. I did choose the slow glow and off options for winter time as we are not sitting outside but can see it from the house. It is on at sundown and my outside camera shows it is still on at 6am.I am very pleased. I have tried others and had to return several that did not last days. These have been up for over 2 months and are still going strong. I just ordered two more.
