I use eyeliner on the waterline. It was difficult to apply *at first*. I felt the tip dried out on first use, which I've noticed with retractable liners, which is why I prefer pencil liners (haven't bought makeup in years). I remembered rubbing the tip sometimes. For example, the tip of the liner on a napkin softens the product so it glides better, and for pencils it removes loose wood so it doesn't hit your eye instead. After rubbing my eyes, it started slipping. better and I got the results I expected. It stayed at the waterline for several hours and even after it was gone the next morning I still had residue right on the lash line that I left behind and lasted most of the day. I think this product is better for the skin than the waterline so I'll test that theory and come back. In conclusion, lol, even though I've had better earbuds I felt these were a very good buy. I don't use makeup very seriously and don't use eyeliner every day so this suits my needs and would buy again if needed.
