Review on ATP Y 1285 Automatic Transmission Shifter by Jay Kenville

Don't buy this cable! After installing it I tried to adjust it but it has too much play and won't allow all gears to engage no matter how you adjust it. The lever was also very difficult to shift and the cable wasn't pinched anywhere. Unfortunately I didn't install it right away and missed the opportunity to return it, now I haven't spent the money. Do yourself a favor, buy an OEM cable, it costs extra money not to install it, try to set it up, find it doesn't work, uninstall and reinstall another one. My time is worth more! I bought AC Delco shift cable 12477640 and it worked perfectly the first time.
