I like that it is easy to use from anywhere in the world as well as mobile devices. It also has an option for remote access so you don't have to be physically at your desk when using this software. The support team needs more training. They are not always up-to-date on all changes of features/fixes etc. Also they do not provide enough hands-on help after hours/weekends/holidays to those who need it most (those without technical knowledge.) This allows me to perform my duties remotely while being able to assist others during office times or nonoffice time periods.
