I have been a consumer of this manufacturer for many years using their products and am very disappointed with this brand. The attitude towards customers is simply bestial - not the desire to recognize their own proven marriage. When buying an expensive thing, the consumer naturally expects a quality that is commensurate with the cost, and not a simple "sorry, we understand everything, but fix it for your money." I will write a complaint to Rospotrebnadzor and sue once the manufacturer does not want to fix his jamb. I won’t buy their products anymore, and I’ll diligently dissuade all my acquaintances since the vaunted Samsung scores on its own proven jambs.
