Good but could be better

I got this pillow as I suffer for a lot of insomnia and although the pillow helped after some weeks of usage the pillow it's not as soft as it used to be even though it's supposed to be of memory foam.
Sometimes I feel like it is too hard but then some days it feels fine.

Pros

I like this pillow a lot, however it does not help with cooling, which is what I was most excited about.

Cons

It is just very uncomfortable, too hard and gave me headaches.
