Review on MobileRider Platform by Dennis Reed

Great customer service! They were able to help me through my initial questions about their product as well as helping us figure out how best to use it once we signed up. I can't think of anything that would make this platform better than others. This is honestly one of those "it just works" solutions from an ease-of-use perspective - not only did they walk us right off the bat but even after setting everything up themselves there was no need to call them back or send anyone else any emails because every question went straight into ticketing where someone could answer immediately if needed.
