I tried to sleep with it and it was very uncomfortable. My hair looked loosely curled in the morning but quickly unraveled. I've tried spraying my hair with hairspray right after taking it off and it held the curls a bit but it's so uncomfortable sleeping with the extra pieces on either side hanging off my shoulder so I might have another try method. I have medium to long bangs and when I wake up my bangs are almost always curled up. The material on this one is great but to be honest it's very uncomfortable to wear.
