I've recently started using it twice a day and I think I'm seeing a difference every week. I drink at least 2 cups of coffee a day, which is why it stains my teeth. They seem to be bleaching. Very pleasant, fine taste and very fine consistency, similar to baking soda. All in all it was a good experience and worth trying to clean stained teeth.
