Nice price, good quality.

Some pros: Excellent product. By itself, it works without interruption, catches everything and everywhere and always. Cons below: Interrupts the reception of the bluetooth adapter signal that was inserted into the rear slot. I had to throw the bluetooth adapter into the front slot (-1 front USB slot)

There are only 3 versions of the driver on the network for this adapter. I took it to distribute wifi, but during setup it turned out that the adapter does not support a hosted network on Win-10. no drivers fix this

Pros
  • Good signal reception due to antennas.
Cons
  • The adapter is not able to distribute wi-fi.

Works incomnjunction with a Wi-Fi routerNETGEAR R6800 in line of sight at a distance of 7 meters. Connected to the Internet at a rate of 890/890 Mbps Here is the link to the speedtest:

Pros
  • I play the online shooter Battlefield 4, I don’t observe any disconnections (never in a few tens of hours), it doesn’t lag. Games and ates from Steam sometimes download 80-85 megabytes per second.
Cons
  • The indicator shines brightly, sealed with black tape. Latest driver for 2022.

Not quite what I wanted, but mostly okay.

Windows itself did not find a driver for this device. Since I do not have a disk drive in my PC, I, as expected, downloaded the necessary drivers from the official Asus website. They are dated 2022. As a result, the adapter worked, began to catch the network. However, I could only join the 2.4 GHz band. He saw the 5th, but gave an error when connecting. I looked everywhere for a solution to this problem, but nowhere was there anything sensible. I changed channels on the router and did nothing…

Pros
  • • Very fast, squeezes the maximum out of my Internet (~ 350 Mbps, I plan to install more), the speed is exactly the same as over the wire. • Reliability. So far, it has not been possible to test it in the long term, but in any case, in a couple of days of active use, there was not a single drop, speed jump or ping. • Cool design and the ability to install antennas both behind the device and on a remote magnetic platform.
Cons
  • • Drivers, one huge flaw that got me on a lot of nerves. See comments. The rating is reduced solely for this item, the adapter itself is super. • Price. I have to put up with the price tag, I tried cheaper models like Archers, they didn’t give out speeds and constantly fell off.

I like the product, the quality didn't let me down.

And my device died after 2 years. Non-repairable. They replaced it under warranty, since it lasts 3 years. I bought it in a cheap noname, and the usual Asus went to the service for a conclusion, according to which everything changed in the store. As someone rightly noted here - a good board if it works) Has some pros: If you know about the main drawback, then the device is perfect. But, I'm sure that a lot of people stumbled over this rubbish Has some cons: My 5Hz network often falls off and…

There are disadvantages, but the product is usable.

Has pros: The ability to connect external wifi antennas, which allows you to place it closer to the signal. Interesting design. Cons: In fact, this is a PCI wifi adapter from Broadcom with a nameplate from Asus. In addition, my computer starts every other time with this device.

After more than a year of use, I finally decided to take a chance and change it by taking another one from the Chinese, moreover, with the AX standard and a built-in bluetooth module, more modern and at a more reasonable price. And no matter how funny it is, it’s not almost worse than this, and even better, and when I changed the router with the support of the AX standard, I generally bypassed it in all respects. Bought on Ali - Wi-Fi 6E FV-AXE3000 Bluetooth 5.2 Intel AX210 Wireless PCI-Express

Pros
  • High performance declared.
Cons
  • Very, very overrated, outdated already

I am amazed! It was definitely worth the money!

Has some pros: It keeps the speed perfectly through the main wall (I have 300 Mbps gives 290-299), remote antennas, can be conveniently placed anywhere, everything works fine Got cons: The default driver is for win, not for linux, but people got it.

Valuable purchase, nothing but pluses!

In the general sense, after a slight hitch with the installation, the driver was installed from the asus site - and it all worked, no dancing with a tambourine. And (attention!) speedtest shows 526/478mb - I was stunned! I just connected a new Internet from MGTS with 500Mbps, but I thought that this was all nonsense, it would not work over WiFi, but it turned out that everything was very cool! Who would have thought until recently that there would be WiFi Internet at 500 Mbps at home! Another…

Pros
  • In my opinion, this is the most powerful and cool WiFi adapter.
Cons
  • For me, the size turned out to be a disadvantage, because. this adapter turned out to be much larger than my old one (asus PCE-N10) and did not fit in the same place. I also had to bend a metal bar to attach it with a screw to the back side of the system unit, it is not clear what the problem is, or the adapter is slightly out of size, or the motherboard is not in the right position (there are no problems with other modules, i. E. with a video card, sound card), maybe it's up to you :)

I got tired of the router near the PC, moved it to the closet, and bought an adapter from TrendNet for the desktop (though a completely different price segment, about 1500). This is terrible, the stability of the connection is similar to that of an ADSL modem, the speed has dropped significantly. It wasn't a surprise, but it wasn't that. I spat on it and bought this adapter - I installed it and forgot that the connection was not over the wire. For all the time there were no breaks, although the

Pros
  • The speed and stability of the connection is like a wire.
Cons
  • Is that the price. All the same, not cheap for a thing that only accepts Wi-Fi.

The quality is top notch, be sure to try it.

You have to pay for quality. There are, you might say, more accessible models, for example, tp link archer, but no . A couple of my friends have them in the system, they work, yes. But sometimes they are buggy, then wi-fi will fall off, then the system will go blue. I didn't need this. The choice has been made. For more than a year of operation, this adapter did not remind of itself even once. Installed, survived a PC upgrade, works as it should.

Pros
  • Really stable, good receiver. Sees 2 times more devices than my phone (Redmi Note 7). Well built, nice to hold. Never had a problem with the software. As someone already wrote, through the air as through a cable, without loss in speed. I took this particular model, because. the router (Xiaomi Mi Wi-Fi Router 3G, Padavan stitched, who is in the subject) stands through 2 walls in the corridor, and I am on the balcony (I insulated and made an office). 5GHz reception. Everything works perfectly.
Cons
  • There are no disadvantages for me

Amazing when it works but fatal error

As many others have said this card is amazing when it works. I had a stable 1.2 Gbps connection to my Unifi DreamStation 15 feet away. Transferring large files to my home NAS was incredibly fast. Unfortunately, the problem with the card, like many others, is that it randomly stops seeing Wi-Fi networks and only a restart of the adapter or restart of the PC gets it working again. I ordered this card after reading the reviews. As an IT professional with nearly 30 years of experience, I just…

Best Affordable Giga Speed Fiber Optic WiFi Adapter

I've climbed the ladder of cheap WiFi adapters currently on the market to take advantage of our ATT fiber optic internet, which gives me a Speed of 980/990 Mbit / s offers. Down/up speed when directly connected via LAN with my ASUS ac-5300 router, which you absolutely need on the transmit side of the project with max Wi-Fi speed. I first tried the best NetGear but was very disappointed with the 500/500 speed it gave me. I then settled on an ASUS ac1900 which also gave me 400/400 or worse…

Fixed huge latency issue

My gaming PC came with what I think is a decent wireless card. Until I started getting really big latency issues. The problems occurred when playing games and any kind of streaming from my main computer running Plex. It made no sense how much I invested in my home WiFi. Running two UAP-AC-Pros over CAT6 to UniFi Switch 24, Ubiquiti ERPoe-5 Edgerouter and finally to fiber from my ISP. I would continue to connect CAT6 to the computer, but the location of my server room made it difficult to do so…

I wish I could give this a higher rating

Thought I'd finally update this in a year or so, the drivers seem to be working fine. It connects automatically at boot and works well at 5GHz. Must be a Windows fix as I haven't updated the Asus driver since installing it. I hope this continues. Original Rating: I wish I could give a higher rating. Because when it works, it works well. It can definitely provide the desired speed. Unfortunately, the 5GHz portion of this product isn't that good. And it's a radio that I'm sure most people will…
