    works fine - networking products

    seems well made and works for what i need. I use it to connect an ethernet cable to a USB 3.0 port on a laptop. The additional USB ports also worked well, allowing me to connect a wireless mouse at the same time, however the computer does not charge via the micro USB port so I am assuming this port only powers devices plugged into the adapters are connected. tried again.

    Great price and speed

    I bought this adapter because the speed I was getting from another ethernet adapter (to be kept unnamed) was limiting my speeds for streaming on the Firestick. I bought this and am so glad I did. I had 24MB and after plugging it in I had 83MB with no buffering issues. I also like 3 USB ports for connecting various accessories (wireless keyboard, etc.). With Speed 3.0, it transfers data quickly.

    So for now I'm only giving 3 stars. I will update later. It's been a week. It synced/installed right away, hooked up the ethernet and boom, I started hauling some serious megabytes (here's a 1G connection in action). The next day.     couldn't install, no tech support

    Thing didn't work, hard drive didn't do anything, there was no install option when I went to the folders on the hard drive. Now I have to deal with intermittent internet access for weeks as I have time to order another one and ship and ship it. I contacted tech support and they didn't even try. They literally told me to unplug and plug the ethernet back in while chatting with them on the computer. As if I were stupid enough to follow such an instruction. It was an obvious attempt not to help…

    Powerful little product

    If you want to expand the storage on your device and add Ethernet, this product offers both. I added a 64GB USB stick to my Firestick for extra storage and plugged in my RJ45 ethernet cable for a wired connection. The speed has been increased from 150 megabytes to 250 megabytes. Has 3 USB ports for adding things like keyboard, mouse or external hard drive.

I went to the site as per their instructions and was able to find the exact location on their drivers page. This file is called AX88179.rar, but guess what, unrar claims it's not a .rar file and doesn't do anything. I changed the expander to .zip and it decompresses back to another .zip file.     Terrible and may have damaged my USB HD!

    stay away from this product! I figured out a simple plug and play - it's not even close! Connected. USB HD worked well - so far so good. Although there is no internet. Hmmm. I accidentally opened Windows Explorer and saw a mapped drive - with a network driver. Double click and the installation will start.     I bought this adapter for my Firestick 4K. I wanted to add a flash drive and keyboard and make streaming as buffer-free as possible, so WiFi had to be dropped.     Works great with Firestick4K

    I recently cut the cable and got several Firestick4K units for TVs in my house. I have gigabit internet. I did some research and since I have very fast internet I also bought wired NICs from Revain, one for each Firestick. Everything worked, but there were a few unexpected results. First, I didn't know the Revain device was 10/100, so I had a max speed of 100Mbps. Second, if something happens to the internet connection, the Revain device will need to be disabled or reprogrammed to work as wired
