couldn't install, no tech support
Thing didn't work, hard drive didn't do anything, there was no install option when I went to the folders on the hard drive. Now I have to deal with intermittent internet access for weeks as I have time to order another one and ship and ship it. I contacted tech support and they didn't even try. They literally told me to unplug and plug the ethernet back in while chatting with them on the computer. As if I were stupid enough to follow such an instruction. It was an obvious attempt not to help me. Let me turn off and disable our chat. very disrespectful.
