I have been taking Myodex for 3 weeks along with other supplements. And during that time my inventory increased by 10%. I gained about 4 pounds while my waist stayed the same. I gained 1/4 inch on my arms and chest. I'm giving it a 4 because I'm sure Myodex was the main contributor. Of course, I've also tried to stay on a diet of at least 1 gram of protein per pound of body. running around but just to make sure I'm off DHEA and steel grinders and am now taking Myodex 1 every day after a week off. Feeling much better, ready to go back with the building. Yes, I would recommend this product. As with any supplement you take, listen to your body and make sure you get a blood test.
