I bought this laptop for two reasons; 16GB / 512GB of additional storage and an active stylus. First the bugs; There's no way of knowing these things until I've bought them. The charger isn't USB-C, which is the new fad, it's one of the old kind. The charger is a lot smaller and lighter than others I've used, so that's a notable plus, just not as small as a phone charger . The USB-A port doesn't go all the way in - on either side (WTF?), although there are USB-C ports. The SD card slot has a similar problem: it conveniently sticks out too far. The pin's location is near the screw hole, so I tried prying the screw out several times while trying to pull the pin out. You'll have to get used to the position or even pull overboard to check where you're holding on - it's too close. There's a noticeable gap between the base and the screen, and the rear fan tries to use that space for ventilation, which isn't properly utilized when the laptop (that's when using heavy processing equipment) is at almost unbearable speeds Temperatures heats up Just a few minutes. With "normal" use, the temperature is well regulated and comfortable, but it doesn't happen with high loads on the knees. Sound and video are great =) I wasn't looking for a high quality video but it exceeded my expectations. Great for overeating. The battery lasts (these are guesses, not calculations) for 8 hours of text editing, 6 hours of YouTube hanging, but only 2 for grinding data, and secondly the stylus. I need a stylus to write down math formulas during video conferences. It works fairly accurately, but the main problem is that the screen is too thin to write on, even when I try to put my other hand behind the monitor. When I try to rotate into tent mode, the sticker works better, but the camera can't figure out how to rotate itself (and there are no app options to rotate the camera vertically), and neither can I don't just lay flat because it wants to switch to tablet mode and can't see me on the ceiling. When I contacted the support team, I discovered a major issue with the stylus. I was expecting to get a few extra stylus tips in the box but no. I asked if they sell tips - no. I asked what tips are the right size - they don't know. I asked which pens are compatible - they said the one that came with the kit. I asked if they sell the pen themselves - they do, but don't know how much it costs unless they order (WTF?) and can't order unless the original is broken. So one tip on a stylus is all you get when you buy this one. When I used it, I also found that the stylus battery only lasts about an hour, but it can be charged in just a few seconds. Very disappointed with the missing replacement pen. Third storage; The RAM is 16 GB DDR4-3200 with two lanes. I don't know why they can't say it in the specs, but they didn't. The hard drive is 512 GB, but it came pre-allocated with 50-60 GB.
