It appears to be well made, with fairly thick genuine leather and a heavy buckle. The paint job looks good and the riveted skulls feel solid. It's not particularly wide, which is a good thing. About as wide as a cat collar. I have small wrists and even at the innermost hole the bracelet dangles quite freely. The loop that holds the strap is attached next to the buckle, causing the end of the strap to protrude inconspicuously. I think I have to cut it.
