Bad product. Customer service stinks
Don't buy it. The second one I bought. Followed the washing instructions through T. This and the first washed in warm water and cooked as instructed and the "plastic" bit "melted together" on the sides. After the separation, some material came loose, so I don't think the big barrier will work anymore. I really needed this and now I have to go back and spend even more money to find one that doesn't have that plastic stuff. The bad news is that Allerease didn't even reply to my email and I don't have a number to call. Bad all around.
