This 16-1TB 3 HYRTA docking station performs at its best

If you want to see more detailed reviews visit my YouTube channel OndaWire where I review all kinds of products. and give you all good and bad. I've tried several docks and when I saw this HYRTA 16-1 Thunderbolt 3 Dock I had to try it! I've been using it for almost a month now and it's great, so let's move on to some pros and some cons. Pros: 1. This HYRTA 16-1 Thunderbolt 3 docking station looks so professional on my desk. It's super stylish and heavy. When you take it out of the box you can't tell it's a very solid dock made to a high standard.2. I have a dock like this and a few other docks that cost around $400. So for the price of $199, this is a great buy. This docking station is built to last as it has almost every powerful connector on the market making it nearly future proof for at least the next 5 years. It has 2 USB-C 3.1 ports which are the best of the bunch, 1 USB-A 3.1 port for fast charging and more, 2 USB-A 3.0 ports and 2 USB-A 2.0 ports. It also has a 40GB Thunderbolt 3 USB-C port that lets you use a USB-C to USB-C connection to view 5K video and an included DisplayPort (DP )-to-USB-C adapter, if you're using a device that doesn't support USB-C to USB-C mapping. This is great because now I don't need any extra adapters. This thing literally has every port you could want4. The picture that emerges is amazing. This is rendered in 5K and you can immediately see the difference. If you're using two monitors, both will be displayed at 4K at 60Hz. I always advise people to use high quality DP or USB-C display cables as higher quality cables really improve picture quality. I've tested 1GB Ethernet multiple times and it's a workhorse. In several weeks of use, I've never had a single speed issue.6. I really like how they put ports on it. Ethernet, display and 2 USB-A 2.0 ports are on the back so you don't see any cables, especially when using 2 USB adapters as ports for USB mouse or keyboard ports.7. I do a lot of video and edit photos so being able to insert an SD or micro SD card from the camera straight into the front without having to pull out the dock to get to the back is great! My last dock didn't have a microSD but did have an SD card slot, but my camera uses microSD so I don't have to use adapters now. I love it! I also like the position of the 3.5mm jack on the front.8. For almost a month that I've been using it it hasn't heated up at all and I've been dealing with a lot of things with it as you can see in the picture. Cons: 1. The only downside I have is that now when I use this HYRTA 16-1 Thunderbolt 3 Dock I have to plug in a microphone. I don't know why and haven't figured it out yet, but with adding a microphone I can't use my MacBook's microphone. There might be a workaround other than adding an external microphone, so it's not really a big deal. Overall I give this HYRTA 16-1 Thunderbolt 3 docking station 5***** stars and say that this is a docking station that you absolutely have to buy. I think the price is perfect and I love the way the ports are set up on this dock.
