Not recommended for ceiling lights
They might just be LED strips in general but I bought them to put the LEDs on the back of my TV and also to line the inside of my tool box. These adapters are a big problem. To insert the strips you have to push the clamps apart, then it won't hold with the slightest movement. It feels like I'm chasing loose connections forever after lightly brushing the streaks. I'm not a fan and will now just be a bunch of my LED strips when I bend corners, even if it looks awful.
