I've been slapped with clearly fake and poorly translated reviews. But I was curious how it works and I'm really impressed with the design. My problem: I previously bought a mop with interchangeable pads. When the pads got dirty I didn't want to touch them or put them aside on purpose to wash them. This system solves problems with dirty seals. I can cover the floor with one wipe and rinse/depilate/lather on the go. Clean and dirty water are completely separated. It's great for everyday cleaning and prepares me for steam mopping. Some parts of the design are weird, but not bad. Instead of a single chamber for soapy water, the dark purple insert has a central chamber for soapy water and then an outer chamber (with two ports) for plain water. The dirty water runs out of the last brown bucket. I think the goal was to separate clean/soapy/dirty water by balancing the weight in the middle. [I think they could just have a soap chamber in the middle to make it easier and get the price down $10, but that's me] They add hot water to the purple insert. Use the spin knob to put it in the middle chamber and put soap in the middle hole. The small 1 ounce pump bottle is very small and the pump tends to extend completely beyond the soap box so I don't really use it. To drain dirty water, you may need to remove the dark insert first. Overall very happy I got this.
