Review on Celerity Telecom by Punk Espinoza

The customer service is fantastic! They are constantly communicating with you, keeping in touch during setup of your account as well getting answers back right away if we need them. I like that they have multiple ways/methods (phone call vs email) so it's not very difficult reaching out. Sometimes our calls get dropped before ever being answered which makes me feel somewhat uneasy about using their services but overall everything has been great thus far!! Best way to reach customers when no one else will answer or return phone messages quickly enough; this allows us access at any time without having wait times set up ahead beforehand.
