The ability it gives us insight into our suppliers’ capability in providing services we need at very competitive cost with great follow up support if needed! I also like its features which helps me manage supplier profiles by making sure they meet business requirements set out within contract documents thus helping prevent scope creep as well ensuring compliance standards are met. Nothing specifically but just overall management tool has been easy to use throughout implementation stage hence giving my team more freedom/ownership when using them internally or externally customers (eg-banks etc). I like that it's easy enough for someone with no experience in this area at least understand how much they need to qualify their supplier before moving forward into contract negotiations or even doing business together. The customer support team has been extremely helpful when we have had questions about our requirements and what exactly qualifies as "good" information. We are solving issues related to financial transparency and quality control through our relationship with Avettas services department.
