The customer support is always helpful when you have questions or need assistance! I love how easy it makes managing all of my employees' benefits information - everything from enrolling for insurance coverage through COBRA renewal reminders & notices about upcoming open enrollment periods- so much easier than using paper files/pamphlets!! It takes time getting used but once your comfortable there isn't anything bad i can say other then maybe more features would be nice (like adding new plans)…

The ease of use for both employees as well has customers is what I like best about this application! This program makes it easy so you don't have all those different applications out there trying not only confuse people but also can be costly which may make your business think twice before using them since we know how expensive these programs tend t obe at times!! I like how easy it is for me as an owner/operator of my business to use this system! It allows us to keep track of all aspects of our operation from time sheets through payroll processing. The benefits include knowing who has been hired by whom so we can ensure proper training is provided before starting work.
