The customer support is always helpful when you have questions or need assistance! I love how easy it makes managing all of my employees' benefits information - everything from enrolling for insurance coverage through COBRA renewal reminders & notices about upcoming open enrollment periods- so much easier than using paper files/pamphlets!! It takes time getting used but once your comfortable there isn't anything bad i can say other then maybe more features would be nice (like adding new plans) But overall this program has been great since we started utilizing it several years ago.
