Ripped in the oddest spot
Ripped in the support area connecting the shoulder straps near the center back. One of the weirdest places to rip a backpack. I contacted the company regarding this and they asked me for my order number and never responded after I emailed them multiple times. To top it off, the zippers started falling off. The capacity is okay, but the design and quality leave a lot to be desired.
