First, my main delivery of 2 days was exactly 2 days less than 4 weeks. Contacted the seller a week after the shipping notification and lack of proof of postage via tracking number. They responded to my inquiry and said they would contact me within 24 hours. 15 days later still no response and I had to contact them again. It was then shipped the same day (28 days for a 2 day delivery). The seller advertises 72 watts, which can be interpreted as both. I bought 3 out of 2 packs. Removed a jig, found the paint was about the size of a dime in two spots and one of the radiator fins was bent. To be honest, it doesn't bother me. I measured the current drawn by a fully charged 12V battery and 1 light drawing 1.5A when connected. That's just 18W (12V x 1.5A) and both together result in 36W of course. Basically you get half of what is advertised. Based on these facts alone, you're unlikely to get 7200 lumens.
