Simple and efficient. They replaced nicer ones I bought from a bike shop for a lot more money, some didn't hold the bottles well and all broke either when riding on uneven surfaces or hanging from the trunk of a car. We travel a lot. on sidewalks and uneven pavement, slightly off road. We're tired of having to stop to pick up a runaway bottle of small bumps. The only problem (if you can call it that) is that they fit in a standard sized bottle. Gatorade bottles in particular never fit as they always play with the shape and size of the bottle.
