I mistakenly thought that the printer could be installed and used immediately. When I tried to set up the machine they told me there was no toner in it. I opened it and indeed the body was completely empty. I bought a Staples toner cartridge and found that the toner cartridge holder is missing. I did not order this from Staples as it costs an additional $160 and takes a couple of weeks. $82.00 toner, $160+ media for a machine I bought for $108. I think the saying is true, if it seems too good to be true, it is. It would be better if you are honest about the actual cost, elderly people don't like to be used! Now you have to get over all the bad publicity while I tell my story to my friends.
