This is the best cordless hands-free pump with hospital grade suction. I get almost the same amount of milk with this pump as with my Specter. I have tried many other hands-free pumps. I would say it's the best in terms of suction power, stealth and charge retention. It's not loud (although one of my pumps sounds different). Customer service is 10/10, they respond quickly, efficiently and friendly. I work in a restaurant and don't take breaks that often and keep my supplies with them. I had a leak and got my bra wet although I believe this is user error and not the pump's fault. Before use, make sure all parts are attached and dry. My pump arrived with a damaged charger, two chargers per order. I rotated the charger that didn't bend between the pumps. I almost thought of one of those $400+ wearable pumps and I'm glad I went with this one instead.
