Easy to use for my opinion

Great tool for getting into sensitive areas of the upper back. Much more stable then a ball that will try to slip away from you.Con:I ordered a level 2, which is supposed to be as hard as a lacrosse ball but is not as hard as I was hoping for. Still a great product but just be aware.
