Review on Canon 50mm f/1.8 πŸ“· STM Lens with Expo Kit Deal by Boyan Mechkov ᠌

Revainrating 5 out of 5

The best thing I've ever used, I recommend it to everyone!

I'm a rusty teapot and a total amateur when it comes to photography. Before getting into sports photography, I shot using a Canon 650d with a kit lens for four years as a general purpose camera. Using a kit lens, I found that I was unable to take photos of a quality that I was satisfied with when photographing at night. After doing some research on the internet, I came to the conclusion that I required a width that was constant. Taking into account the crop, a focal length of 50 millimeters is not particularly broad; but, given its low cost, high aperture, and positive evaluations, I thought it would make a fine choice for an experiment. The lens exceeded all of my expectations; in fact, I did not even believe I would like the photographs it produced. An example of a photograph that was taken with a Canon 650D crop, stored in RAW format, and edited with lightroom effects like cropping, autotone, and light bokeh. Free weekly parkrun #10 Babushkinsky on Yauza: - apertures between 2.2 and 2.4, shutter speeds ranging from 1/500 to 1/1000, and an attempt was made to develop compositions based on the illumination on the track.

Pros
  • Because of the pricing, this lens is unquestionably the most inexpensive option for a beginner who is interested in getting a sense of the aperture ratio and contributing to the shot in some way.
Cons
  • My level of experience is insufficient to provide an accurate assessment of the deficiencies. This lens is an excellent option due to its reasonable pricing as well as its aperture.
