***UPDATED ON 08/24/21***The clock has already stopped working. It can receive my calls from my cellphone and hear me well, I can send SMS and call the watch, but the cellphones trying to hear from the watch can't. The mic on the watch must have stopped working as any phone calling it CANNOT HEAR ANYTHING from the watch on their phone. The watch cannot send voice text successfully because the receiving phone cannot hear anything. I called my ISP T-Mobile and they checked everything, it's not their part. I will update after speaking to COSMO about what they are willing to do about this bug! *** After carefully studying this and other watches, I settled on this one. I knew I wanted value for money for my ADHD child who breaks down and loses everything. I already had a cellular plan with T-Mobile and found that it is compatible with the T-Mobile network so you don't need to use the data plan. The reviews were mixed, some good some not so good but I was willing to give it a try. I also bought a fall protection. The watch came in good condition, unpacking was easy. I read the leaflet, followed the instructions, but afterwards GO TO THEIR WEBSITE for more detailed instructions on how to work. I scanned the QR code and downloaded the mobile parenting app (Samsung). After 3 days of calling 611 customer service and going to the T-Mobile store, I got a new SIM card and paid $30 to assign a new cell phone number to an existing plan as a "portable plan". (It is important that the watch works, NO cell phone data plan, NO mobile internet data plan) then I had to remove the installed micro sim card, install a new micro sim card, then ask T-Mobile to provide the Find and activate IMEI, and then view SIM card worked. A little annoying, but it WORKS! I set everything up according to the instructions on the web and everything is fine. I have to say that I like all the features so far. A pair of Depressors is a charging cable that is about 8 inches long. WAY too short to reach for anything to load up on, like a table. Also, the watch cannot send normal text messages, only emoji or sound to text. If the contact doesn't work either. If they don't have an app, they can only call to and from the contact you enter on a limited basis. NOBODY outside can call the clock unless you allow it. More on this. You have a great calculator, pedometer, main camera for photos and videos, alarms that you can set and easily turn on and off, GPS tracking that you set in safe areas. Therefore, they are worth a cheap price compared to other children's watches. I'm happy. I'll update whatever happens in a few months.
