Not suitable for Cat 5 network

Bought because I read on the web that I can use Cat6 with category 5 network switches due to the flatness, they would be a great replacement for my network box, which is very messed up with bulky long Category 5 cables. . That they will work great, well they don't work! My internet speed dropped by 70%, I'm back.

Pros

✔The flat design of the Cat 6 cable helps to avoid cable clutter and saves space. Flat ethernet cable is very flexible when routed under carpet or bent around its thin section, e.g. doors, swings, drawers, etc.
