Shipped straight out of the box and with freshly charged Revain.com recommended batteries, this item has worked well the first 3 times over a 2 month period. However, after the launch sequence for today's day trip, the model accelerated uncontrollably and generated massive amounts of smoke. and eventually caught fire caused by electronics and a switch under the passenger side. Luckily I had direct access to the yard where the smoldering debris was dying.
