This is a very sturdy landing pad. The waterproof fabric works well on damp/wet grass and will keep your drone dry. I like the two different colors as well so you can choose which one will be most visible for your conditions, as well as optionally using the supplied reflective arc stickers around the edges. I thought landing pads to be a silly and unneeded accessory, but after attempting some takeoffs and landings in rough terrain, I appreciate the need for this. The one thing I don’t like about this product is that it isn’t to to easy to fold up and store. I would appreciate if the sellers did some work making this easy to fold then it would be the best landing pad ever! The companion I bought for this is the best drone I’ve ever bought! Seems well made & does the job. Only complaint is that it is too smooth. If it’s on the slightest angle, your drone will slide right off.

It is extremely portable and easy / quick to pack up. The metal ring it has in it has sufficient weight to use in most conditions in keeping the landing pad in place. If in the event the wind is too much it comes with plastic stakes to hold it in place.

Used mainly to check accuracy of "auto landing" or the back home accuracy of my different drones. Folding is just learning a very simple move. Outstretch arms with landing pad directly in front , then . twist left hand towards you while at same time twisting right hand away from you, THEN bring hands together ! 😊 Simply put back in carrying bag. There's plenty to like about this landing pad and I have very few complaints. I use it with my DJI Mavic Air and is great. Before I used nothing, but want to prevent dirty and anything else from effecting my drone when it takes off or lands. Holds the drone up and off the grass, rocks and dirt to keep the drone clean on landing and take off. It’s also brightly colored and easy to see from far away. The twist to fold storage is easy with a bit of practice, but it folds up nice and small. It comes with stakes to keep the pad from blowing away. Highly recommend.

Pretty neat little launchpad.Comes with reflective stickers, which I don’t see How they would stay on, with all the folding of this you would do.Speaking of folding, watch some YouTube tutorials on how to do it. I had a hell of a time figuring it out until I did so.Of course the stakes will be dirty after being in the ground, obviously, so be prepared for that mess.Other than that, it’s cool to have.Not a necessity, I barely use it, but it is a cool accessory.

I've just received this drone landing pad this week so not a long term review. It is well constructed and comes with three tie down stakes and reflective stripes you can add to the pad if desired. The one thing to watch out with these pads is the powerful spring ring. Be careful when unfolding them because your glasses can be knocked off or other injuring might occur. The pad is a bit hard to fold they should send quick tips to fold it ! Over all for the money not bad. They should also warn it springs from the bag in a jolt kinda surprise way could hurt someone!

This drone landing mat is big, love the 2 sided. It takes a few goes to put it back down to small to put back in bag, after that, it's a breeze ! It has pegs too, that you can attach the pad to the ground on windy days, that's good. Overall, good quality, happy with it.

I like that fact that it folds down so small and easily fits into a back pack. A YouTube video was used to learn how to fold and unfold. It does not come with instructions. It is a little unnerving when folding/unfolding because of the tension the flexible outer ring produces but when opened you have a taut, brightly colored and water resistant landing pad.
