In short: It damages walls and carpets, misses the perimeter and is another piece of equipment needed in your home. It gets stuck all the time, docks incorrectly and gets stuck. This is very flawed. 1) Does not vacuum within 34 inches of walls or table legs. After a while, a gray non-vacuum streak will appear. ("Hoovers like a three year old") 2) The device will send you notifications 24 hours a day even if you have disabled notifications in the application 3) The device will tap, poke and scrape your baseboards 4) The device will leave permanent black tire marks light-colored carpets, especially when they are wet. 5) The device gets stuck in endless loops and wears out your carpet raw or wears out the circle on the carpet. 6) The device leaves permanent marks on all surfaces. Your furniture, because every day is about furniture in the same way. 7) The device often gets stuck underfoot. I can't figure out that the American standard 4 inch high kick is under the lidar's head. 8) If the device runs out of power and is lost, it won't broadcast its last known location, so you'll have to search for it. Every day, "Where's my robot?" is a constant waste of time.9) Technical support is free and doesn't respond.10) You can't buy replacement filters.
