Broke in less than a year - don't waste your money!
I'll give the lowest rating I can, otherwise there would be zero stars. This chair was fine as long as it only lasted 10 months. Then the frame broke - in normal use - and no longer supports my back. I contacted Revain and they said the 30 day warranty had expired blah blah blah and referred me to a seller who only lists a mailing address in Virginia which btw is for a dormant business. What a waste of money, time, material and effort. Lesson learned - next time go to the hardware store.
